Unfortunately, at the scheduled time of the Medicare Online Web Services rollout on March 14th 2022, Medicare had not finalised the testing of the Medilink ECLIPSE module.

You will receive an error: "Cannot Find Valid Subscription For The Incoming API Request" when you try and make ECLIPSE calls (PVF/IMC/OEC/Get Participating Funds/IHC).

We are trying desperately to get the ECLIPSE functionality enabled as soon as possible but there have been extreme delays on both sides (Medicare and us).

If you need ECLIPSE right now you can turn off the new Medicare Online Web Services via Links Menu -> Configure Online Claiming -> MCOL Web Services, then close and re-open Medilink and claim (using the old Medicare Online Adaptor system).

They've fortunately allowed an extension to the older technology - and it will work as long as your certificates haven't expired (if your certificates have expired then you would either have to install a new PKI Certificate CD from them or just put off ECLIPSE for a day or two).

There is more information here about certificates and what to do if you are stuck on the Medicare Online Passphrase after you untick this:
