To enable or disable Medicare Online Web Services:
- Links Menu -> Configure Online Claiming -> Tick or Untick MCOL Web Services
- Click OK & Restart Medilink
- You must repeat this for each user
Medicare Online Web Services uses PRODA for authentication instead of PKI certificates. Existing practices do not need to make any changes - we have already linked your Minor Id and RA Number to our Medilink PRODA Organisation.
