If Medilink logs in and opens but then doesn't bring up the main screen, try this work around:
Open MEDILINK32BNT\BIN\MEDI_ACC.INI
Search (CTRL+F) for RunFacilityIdFixOnStartup
Set it to 0 (instead of 1)
Save file
Try and re-open Medilink
We believe it is caused by Windows Update KB5067036, but it only affects a small portion of users.
Update: A quick fix is to download and open this batch file:
https://www.medilink.com.au/DisableRunFacilityIdFixOnStartup.zip
(Note: if blocked, ask your IT to deploy.)
