Bring up a DVA patient and click PVV.
Note: you can perform this check *without* a DVA number, in which case the check is called a PVP - a verification with personal details only.
Optionally fill in first and last names as the patient is known as at DVA (note: the details on the main screen should be the patient's Medicare details).
Click PVV.
Below is an example of PVP (no DVA number). This returns the DVA number and the card level.
