Go to Tools -> Options -> Links -> External Links
Ensure that IMM.OUT is set to Default Format (Pipe Delimited) and Enforce AIR.
In version 4.1 of MD onwards they are now outputting additional HI number fields. You must also update Medilink to 2021 onwards to be able to parse these fields.
