In some cases, the Fee Update will fail to download the current fees.

This can be due to permissions on your computer/security suite which do not allow FTP access.

To workaround this problem you need to manually download the fees and skip this step, see below:

1. Download

2. Extract the contents to C:\MEDILINK32BNT\FEES. For example, you will have a C:\MEDILINK32BNT\FEES\MBS_MONTHYEAR folder.

3. In the Fee Importer, click Skip at the Download Fees step.

4. Wait for all of the tick boxes, and then close.
