The following is a guide on how to add a printed logo to the letterhead of your invoices, receipts and letters.

1. Save your logo as a bitmap (BMP) of an appropriate size, (100-150px height). Put it somewhere safe on your computer (that won't be deleted by mistake).

2. Go in to File Menu >> Printer Setup and click Customize.

Click Open and point it to the BMP file.

You will have to play around with the size and position a little.

When you’ve finished the Invoice header, check the Receipt header too (these should be linked, it is good practice to check). Repeat these steps on other computers.

For Medilink letters you can put the image straight in to the MAINx Template files (they only need to be changed once).

If you are a high volume site then pre-printed stock may be a better option long term. It might cost you a little bit more up front, but you will save in printer costs in the long run, and it will look better than the bitmap.
