If you use Medilink Results and in particular have incoming Healthlink messages we are recommending you disable this setting:


Find the Medilink DHR Results (in tray near clock, purple icon, may be in little ^ up arrow area)


Right click and go to Configure


Untick Auto Reparse Exception Results

What's occurring is if Medilink cannot process a result file (due to some error or problem with the message) then it will output an ACK Error (AE) message for Healthlink, but because it constantly re-tries to process it again it will continue to output more and more (excessive) error messages.


Medilink will to have a fix for this situation in our 2025 R1 Update in June*.


If you don't untick it you may find other practices complain about getting a lot of rejection messages. It doesn't necessarily cause a problem but is annoying.
