This feature allows for the export of individual patient's clinical documents. This is useful if you want to supply them on USB stick etc. to take to another provider etc.
This feature can be found in late 2024 R2 versions onwards.
Alternatively a standalone version can be downloaded from here:

(Tested in 2024 R2 version, should work for earlier versions but not guaranteed.)

By default it will be a zipped up with a password which is the patient's DOB DDMMYYYY (no slashes).
