Medicare provides benefits schedules regularly with some XML files and CSV file. MediData is a Web service utilizing these data and providing to CloudPos. Each instance of CloudPos used by each Medicare Center should pick a subset of the schedules. Please not, only admin or manager could pick.


Search Medicare items, select from listed items and Add Checked Items To Local.

Then continue to search and pick.

Then when creating an invoice item, you may see those items already picked by admin/manager appear in the intellisense selection.

The intellisense of the Item input may short list items when you type.

After selecting an item, the respective fee will be applied in the Fee input. After you click the question mark beside the Item input, you may see the description of the item.


  • The schedule fee is automatically calculated and picked according to the service date.
