The best report for EOFY figures is Admin Menu -> Doctors Financial Summary.
This report is based on Transaction Date (not Service Date). It breaks up Providers per page, with Totals for the entire Date Range, and includes with/without GST if applicable.
For more detailed reports consider Admin Menu -> Audit Trails -> New Audit Trail Summary / Detailed. The Summary gives daily totals, whereas Detailed will show each and every Transaction. Again they are Transaction Date based.
You should avoid using Service Date based reports such as Admin Menu -> Day Report. Service Date reports can change historically. So even though it may seem logical to use Service Date reporting and use the figures for Services performed in the EOFY, you should instead use Transaction Dates (i.e. when it was raised in the system).
