Preferences
Located in Settings/Preferences
"Reply To" is used as the organizer of the iCalendar file to be attached in the Email message.
"Address" is used as the location of the iCalendar file.
For admin or manager, there are similar templates settings applied to all users if the users don't have their own preferred settings defined.
Remarks:
- Only admin or manager may define templates in Settings/Templates.
- Regarding to booking confirmation templates, if neither the common one or the private one is defined, the app will send out Email message with subject "Appointment Confirmed" along with empty body and a ics attachment.
