File Menu -> New Printer Setup
Select All or All Common or choose document types individually, and then choose your printer and the various other settings as required.
Some document types may need special settings, for example Labels may need a label printer, or Scripts and Requests may need to print from a specific tray.
When finished, Apply or OK to save your changes, or Cancel to close without saving.
