As of Medilink 2018 R2, you can manually adjust the scale of your Appointment Book.
Essentially, this will change how many appointments you can see at a glance.
To change the scale: from the Appointment Book, go to File menu >> General (see below).
Here is an example of what setting the scale to 5 [minute increments] would look like:
