1. From the Accounting screen, edit the account (Reception>>Edit Account Details) or click on Edit Patient in the left side bar.
2. Click Edit Patient to open the Edit Patient screen.
2. Click Attach To and preferably transfer.
Note | duplicate means that you are keeping the patient on the old account as well as the new one; ideally you put the patient on one account at a time only to avoid confusion.
3. You will then be prompted to search for the account. Choose one and click OK.
