Part of the Medilink SMS system is that patient's confirm their appointments by texting back 'Ok', (or 'Yes'). If they do not do this, the messaging confirmation period may have expired.
If it expires and this setting is on, then the appointment will be cancelled, designated by the pink 'x' on the appointment.
Cancel Not Okay
If a user responds with something other than 'Ok', (or 'Yes'), at the start of their message as instructed, you can elect to automatically cancel their appointment, (the pink 'x' on the appointment).
You will see and have a record of the actual response that they provided, (this will be explained later in this document).
This should be turned on if you wish to send confirmations for theatre appointments.
