Important | Ensure all Users have closed Medilink
On the Medilink Server run Launcher but don't Login
Run System Tools -> Force Remove Locks
This will only take a few seconds
If there are errors you may first try rebooting the server and then re-trying Force Remove Locks.
If Medilink still has a locking issue after this try System Tools -> Lock Cleanup. This will scan the entire drive for locks, and therefore will take longer
If there are still files that are locked it may be because one or more network clients/processes are holding on to them. You can use the FSMGMT.MSC utility to clear these and/or simply reboot the server (the reboot earlier should have fixed but it can be a timing things. More info:
