In Medilink 2018 R2 you can now PVM multiple patients from the appointment book with just a few clicks:
1. Highlight a patient appointment.
2. Click PVM.
3. You will be prompted if you want to OPV multiple patients. Choose Yes. (If you choose No it will go through the standard single patient PVM process.)
The system will now PVM today's patients for that doctor.
You will then be shown a list of patients who had problems - you should follow these up as appropriate.
The functionality can be disabled from Setup Menu >> General >> Appt Book OPV Multiple.
Waiting Room
You can now also perform PVM's from the Waiting Room, including multiple patients.
