This brings up a list of phone calls / correspondence with the patient.
These are shared with the main Medilink program - any phone calls created in Medilink are shown here, and vice versa.
Add/Edit a Phone Call
You are able to Add a phone call by clicking New, and can edit an existing phone call by selecting a phone call and clicking Edit.
Delete a Phone Call
If you wish to delete a phone call / correspondence, select the relevant call from the list and click Edit.
This will open the Add Phonecall screen which has a tickbox option for Delete, tick this selection and press OK to delete the phone call.
Note | Deleted phone calls can still be viewed from the list by selecting Show Deleted.
